Shipping Policy

At Praanam, we ship from Denmark and deliver primarily within the European Union.

Processing time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times Standard delivery within the EU takes approximately 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on all orders over 1,400 DKK
• A flat shipping fee applies to orders below 1,400 DKK (calculated at checkout)

Returns & exchanges We want you to love your Praanam piece. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at praanamhandicraft@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
